At the very top of the British intelligence agency MI6 is a Soviet double agent. Or maybe not? Very complex and dynamic espionage thriller set in the middle of the 1970s. From the beginning of the movie, the viewer is nailed to the chair by pervasive tension of unseen origin and painful premonition of betrayal, unthinkable but anticipated. The movie is partly based on actual events of 1960s, involving Kim Philby, a member of the spy ring now known as the Cambridge Five.
