A British diplomat tries to discover what is behind the murder of his beloved wife, an activist found dead in a remote area of Northern Kenya. As the yarn slowly unravels, it turns out that she was killed in an attempt of cover up the truth about the crimes of the pharmaceutical corporation which under the guise of humanitarian aid tests new drugs on the uneducated poor in Africa. He realizes that because of the interlinking between diplomats, security services and big business, his life is endangered too.
